Oyo Waste Summit started as a simple question: what would it take for Oyo State to treat waste as a resource, not a burden? Since Edition 1.0, the summit has brought policymakers, waste entrepreneurs, recyclers, researchers and everyday residents into one room to answer it.
Edition 3.0 continues that work — spotlighting the people turning collection, sorting and recycling into real jobs and real income across Ibadan and beyond, and connecting them with the partners, funding and policy support they need to scale.
